Basics are, I'm trying to get a feel for who in the club has which games or more specifically, which ones they use for battling others...
Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum basically all have the same Wifi Battling Options, however HeartGold and SoulSilver have a few more options for battling other people which I personally love, namely the Flat Battle options which occurs during the Battle Tower/Frontier in DPt but is NOT selectable as an option in the Link Battle Categories.
The feedback from you guys will help me to push for the possibility of a Pokemon Tournament and I need to know how many people battle with which games and to choose which format or rules the tournament will be hosted under.

Ok, Trainers. For those interested in the video game portion of the tournament, it is being held in club on the 4th of March. However, I would VERY much like to have all the details and rules of the tournament(s) and know which games people have the Pokemon they trust and have bonded with the most. (In other words, the cartridge you have your best competitive team on.)
If I am not mistaken, we are also going to showcase the Pokemon Trading Card Game as well. So any of you who have a deck, bring that as well, if not for a Tournament then for casual play.
Also, a heads up for those of you fans of the franchise, that same weekend marks the debut for the rest of the world's Black and White Versions, probably the most highly anticipated games of the series SINCE the GSC remakes. As such, this tournament shall also be a celebration for the release of these two new titles.
Anyways, hope you guys and gals are having a good holiday and please if you can let me know which game you prefer playing with the most as it affects how the rules of the tournament will be forged as there are several features in HGSS which make battling much easier, (The Flat Battle being the key one as it makes things easier as players will not have to level their pokemon all the way up to same level or all the way up to 100.) whether there is a preference in Doubles or Singles is ALSO important, as well as 3 on 3, 4 on 4, or 6 on 6. Legendary Pokemon as well, more specifically those which are forbidden from entering other events in the game such as Battle Tower.
So once again, please vote which game you keep your best team on and which format you prefer against other trainers.
