blogs.theage.com.au/schembri/archives/2009/05/_just_in_case_y.htmlStrange. I had a dog named "Nipper" when I was a kid. I grew up with Fat Albert And The Cosby Kids. I understand the matter of context regarding use of the n-word. I've actually had to use it from time to time, when talking to a black person at work, but the context was always something like 'ok, so he called you a nigger, then what happened?,' so it was never a problem. I had to clarify the actual word (for my report) and i've never actually called someone that word, so I never really saw a problem. I agree it's all a matter of context. Now...when I first typed the paragraph above, I had to go back and add the letter coding so 'nigger' doesn't show up as 'black person,' but I almost changed 'black person' following 'when talking to,' which would have totally changed the context of the paragraph. Now, if you'll excuse me, it's time for... ...the Brown Hornet!

I think its racist for people to call non-black people racist when they say the n-word. But we're all a little bit racist, right? Whats the thing in the middle of them? A cassette player??

Admission: I had to look it up.
It's Tweeterbell, a female robot that speaks in a high-pitched voice, usually to alarm the Brown Hornet and Stinger to impending danger.

The Brown Hornet was a show within a show. It was part of Fat Albert And The Cosby Kids. The guys would have whatever problem they had that week and, at some point during the episode (of Fat Albert) they would rush to their tv and watch an episode of The Brown Hornet, which would have some moral / message about how to solve their problem. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Story_within_a_story

Oooh. Well I know what a Story within a Story is after reading Monster (many stories within a story). But they actually made them into episodes??

The dvd above is just a collection of the 44 short 5-min Brown Hornet episodes together. It's Brown Hornet minus Fat Albert.
