So Adult Swim started showing Guardian of the Spirit as the last show before 2am, but now they've pushed it back so late that I cant watch it anymore. As far as I got, its about a SPEAR wielder (you dont get too many spears in anime, mostly guns and the like), named Balsa. She's around 30 and a bodyguard for hire. On her way to get maitenence on her spear, she witnesses a horse drawn carriage fall over a bridge and jumps in to save the passenger. The passenger is actually a young, spoiled prince, and since other attempts at his life have been made before, his mother hires Balsa to take care of the mysterious prince! The scenery is beautiful, the fights are pretty good, and I cant give a good estimate on the plot since I havent been able to watch the series!

I currently haven't been watching/reading much of anything... I usually only have time for maybe one hobby at a time, and right now I'm addicted to my DS. But what I have been watching is Chi's Sweet Home because I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE kitties (I have three of my own), and I had to check out Skip Beat because I just adore the manga.
How was Slayers Revolution btw? I loved the old Slayers series and movies... if I liked the old stuff should I like the new?

I'm watching Skip Beat!!!^o^ I was so happy when I heard it was coming out in anime form! I'm reading the manga, and usually I don't really watch anime that much unless I really love the manga!!!! Is there going to be a forum about mangas?

I just finished watching Macross Frontier with my buddy David, and it was AWESOME!
Now we're going to finish off Code Geass (hopefully) the next time we meet and start on Denno Coil after that. Not sure which of the new shows we're going to watch yet, but as I've been reading the Skip Beat manga, I think I can sell David on giving it a shot.
Also, after watching Frontier and diving back into Macross continuity, David has also expressed a desire to watch Macross 7. He was going to watch it himself (brave soul that he is), but as a friend I couldn't let him do that. It's much more fun to give something the Mystery Science Theater treatment when you have more than one person watching it.

Woo! Another Toradora watching! Currently, the anime I am watching are Gundam 00, Toradora, Casshern Sins, Ninja Senshi Tobikage, Air Master, and Nodame Cantabile: Paris Chapter. The manga I am reading are Claymore, Soul Eater, To-Love-Ru, Rosario+Vampire II, Fairy Tail, Ravemaster, Eyeshield 21, Air Gear, Blazer Drive, Linebarrels of Iron. Now that I list them all... well d**n. I think I have too much free time.

I watched all of Macross (SDF, movie, II, 7, rewatched Zero and Pus) over the summer... been meaning to for a while, and finally decided to before watching Frontier. Currently watching: Toradora, Gundam 00 s2, Detroit Metal City, Clannad After Story, Rosario to Vampire 2, Soul Eater, and Bounen no Xamdou. Toradora and Detroit Metal City are probably the best of the bunch.

If I read that correctly, you just told someone not to watch one of the most awesome anime ever produced? Currently Watching: Toradora, Hyakko, Gundam 00 S2, Casshern Sins, Tytania, Tales of the Abyss, Zeta Gundam, and Legend of the Galactic Heroes. Currently reading: Mysterious Girlfriend X, Onani Master Kurosawa, and "Macross 7 Trash."

They should just put the clips together to make the episodes AND put them in chronological order!

I'm with Tara; other than what we watch in club I usually don't have much free time to watch extra anime unless I'm researching things to show in club. I do have an appointment with my friend every week to watch a couple episodes of some series or other, so I keep up on series I want to see that way. Currently we're finishing up Ghost Hound which turned out to be so much better than I thought it would be(and I already expected it to be good) that I might consider showing it in club next year.
In terms of manga I try and read a chapter or two before I go to bed every night. I'm in the middle of a lot of series, but in terms of things I've delved into recently... Negima, which started off stupid and turned frickin sweet from somewhere around volume 5 onwards XXXholic, which is soooooooo much better than Tsubasa (tho I don't mind Tsubasa either) Tekkon Kinkreet (aka Black and White) which is an extremely good and extremely unique series. You can get the entire darn series for only like $20 on amazon ($30 in stores) right now so pick it up already! I'm going to read Apollo's Song sometime in the near future (after I finish Tekkon and The Watchmen) by the indomitable Tezuka.
